Life has returned to the Ward on Thursday 24th June 2021 with the first ever Bow Lane Street party!
It was so nice to see people enjoying themselves and more life
back on the streets. This fun event was opened by Chris Hayward the Lord Mayor’s Sheriff.
James Goolnik the Chairman of the Bow Bells Association organised the wonderful array of local shops and businesses in Bow Lane, Watling Street and Well Court to get involved. The party was supported by Claire Dumontier-Marriage from the Cheapside Business Alliance. The streets were decorated with bunting and there was live music, food, raffles and lots of socially distanced smiles! We all all hoping for it to become an annual event in the City.
