Following the Cordwainer Ward by-election on 15th September 2022, Amy Horscroft was elected as Common Councillor, joining Sir Michael Snyder and Jamel Banda. Amy is a familiar face in the ward and is currently Head of Corporate and Government Affairs at Bloomberg located on Queen Victoria Street. This follows Alex Barr being elected as Cordwainer’s Alderman in May. Amy Horscroft said “I am delighted to be elected as a Councillor for the Ward and join the existing civic team with Alex, Sir Michael and Jamel. I look forward to helping the ward continue to thrive post-pandemic and to ensure we continue to represent all of Cordwainer.”
